01 General Terms & Conditions

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

TKClub App Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and various bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500, and the maximum varies depending on the payment method.

All deposits are typically credited to your account within 3–5 minutes. If there is an unexpected delay, please contact our support team and provide a screenshot of your payment.

• Only use a payment account registered in your own name for deposits.
• Any funds identified as coming from a third party will be returned.
• Once a deposit has been completed, it cannot be reversed.
• Any cases involving money laundering or suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant legal authorities.

04 Withdrawal Policy

TKClub App To withdraw from your account, it must be fully verified (KYC completed). Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawals can only be processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is our policy to ensure account security.

• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Claiming a bonus means you accept all terms and conditions associated with it. Withdrawing bonus funds requires completing the specified wagering requirements.

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.
• The same individual may not claim bonuses across multiple accounts.
• The wagering requirement for bonuses must generally be completed within 7 days.
• When betting with bonus funds, a minimum odds of 1.50 or higher is required.
• Multiple bonus claims detected from the same IP address or device will be cancelled.
• TKClub App's decision is final in any dispute related to promotions.

06 Betting Rules

TKClub App Before betting, please read the rules for each market carefully. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is active.

• Pre-match bets can be placed before an event begins, and in-play bets can be placed while an event is in progress.
• If a bet is confirmed before the odds change, it will be settled at the original odds.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, TKClub App reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• A maximum betting limit per event applies per account.
• Minor delays in live betting are normal and are part of the platform's security measures.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities TKClub App is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Match fixing or manipulation of sports events.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• Attacking the platform with hacking, viruses, or malware.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating an account under a false identity or on behalf of a minor.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

TKClub App reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice. However, we always endeavor to provide users with an explanation and the opportunity to appeal.

• Violating the Terms & Conditions may result in permanent account closure.
• Any valid balance in a suspended account will be returned after verification.
• Balances will be forfeited in cases of fraudulent activity.
• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• A self-exclusion request will be in effect for a minimum of 6 months.

09 Limitation of Liability

TKClub App strives to keep its services as reliable and uninterrupted as possible. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, internet outages, or third-party failures.

In such situations TKClub App does not accept liability for direct financial losses. However, any bets or transactions affected by technical errors will be reviewed and handled fairly.

• For bets completed during a server outage, our log records serve as the final authority.
• TKClub App is not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• No compensation will be provided for issues arising from a user's device or internet connection.
• We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, war, or government directives.

10 Changes & Amendments to Terms

TKClub App reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered mobile number or email.

Continuing to access the platform or place bets after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, please submit a request to close your account.
